  • ·      It is 250 feet at its deepest point.

  • ·      It is the second longest river in Canada. (the longest river is the Mackenzie River).

  • ·      The St. Lawrence River forms as the basis for the St. Lawrence Seaway; a 37,000 km (22,990 miles) marine highway that extends from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes. It is the largest Seaway in the world.
